Capitol Commission exists to reach and disciple our nation’s leaders by bringing a presence at our Capitols that boldly presents the Truth.  The ministry also sponsors expositional Bible Studies, builds relationships with our legislators and staff to address personal and spiritual well-being in their lives, and connects with churches to encourage daily prayer for our leaders.


Weekly: – This tool provides the opportunity on your schedule to carry out the very first commanded action to fight the good fight of faith.

Monthly:  1-3 hours per month  

Legislative Prayer – Join with others to pray for our legislators, state, and nation. Key requests will be shared at the gathering for personal, small group and corporate prayer. Second Wednesday of Each Month at 11AM Location: Legislative Building Chapel, Second Floor.

One time:

June 11 - Capitol Commission Fund Raising Golf Tournament - opportunities to serve and participate. This is a ministry to legislators and others that attend as well as providing opportunity for awareness and support of this ministry. Contact:  

June 27 - Books and Bagels Project -

Book donations: Donations of new and used Christian World View Books in very good condition, or money to purchase them, that address life topics. For a list of books that have been used contact

Serve: This 7 – 11 am ministry will hand out breakfast food and books at a location between the Legislative Building and Legislative Office Building. 

Who: High School age and up – friendly smiles, interaction with legislators and staff, times of prayer asking God to use the materials given out.

November 5 – Election Eve Prayer Walk: music, volunteers for signage, check-in and prayer group leaders

Family together – no age restriction, however, the topics of prayer discussed as well as the action of these events demand maturity in patience and understanding.
